This is the best yoga studio I've ever attended. Such a positive energy and offerings for any level. The collection of instructors is second to none.
Jane will make you a well-rounded yogi with a great flow.
Michael will channel your outer - and inner - strength.
Leisha will have you doing things you never thought possible.
Erika's Zen class is a perfect springboard into the weekend.
Cathy is the steady hand guiding you through every form of yoga.

I Love Cathy L and all. Great place of peace and positive energy! I've had one on one sessions over a year with Cathy! I'm ready to jump into class daily! I feel so energized and charged before and after session! Let's continue greatness in 2020

Light On Yoga is such an important place for our community. Cathy and Doug put their heart and soul into this business and are very thoughtful, loving, and helpful to all who enter the walls at The Lighthouse. They take great care in hiring yoga instructors who have a similar nurturing view for their classes, and all I have taken are challenging, yet approachable. Yoga makes me a better person, and Lighton makes yoga an even more impactful experience. Any skill level is welcome, and I never feel intimidated or judged, even as my flexibility and experience varies class to class. Thank you!

I love teaching here the owner has a clear message to change the world and bring yoga to people. The space is great and growing these classes strong and mindful and more classes on the way with more variety. Excellent place to practice, it reminds me of my home studio in Hilton Head when it first started very friendly and a strong practice. We are all trained and certified instructors who have spent countless hours as a student and even more time in training to be better instructors for our srudents.
