Went in to return a sports bra that broke in a weird way after the customer service line told me to do so. The woman at the register told me that they don't accept exchanges after a year even if the item broke from a defect (and it was definitely a defect since the glued seams of the bra all came undone and I follow the washing instructions to T). She wasn't trying to help find a solution at all so I eventually left and called the corporate line to do the exchange which I didn't want to do because of the 2 week wait. I would understand if she didn't accept it because I had done something like tear a hole in it but that was not the case. It was extremely frustrating and there was no other store nearby. Just go online, don't bother going in this store.
