a beautiful, peaceful, fully equipped studio space. an absolute gem and SUCH a blessing to south huntsville!! all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and the class times are accessible for all schedules

Tina is an excellent instructor for all ability levels. She is very skilled at adapting movements to accommodate an injury and improve mobility throughout the whole body. Highly recommended.
