Throughout my life I've probably tried every form of exercise known to man and never stuck with any. I was about to turn 60 years old and pretty depressed about it. I was dealing with a declining parent, only 19 years older than me, that had already lost all her mobility and strength and bound to a wheelchair.
Well, it's true, we do learn from our parents and I didn't want to be like my mom. I stumbled across Ideal Exercise and it sounded different than anything I'd tried and it was. The 1st few months were not easy but doable. Who can't manage 30 minutes a week! Right? There is definitely a learning curve to use the machines correctly and it's still hard but it's so worth it. I'm almost 63 now and can run circles around my friends! I'm playing golf and back playing tennis again and have more muscle mass than I've ever had in my life. Thank you Ethan.
