Hands down one of the best "Gym" experiences you will ever have! The coaches are patient and cater to special needs, understand injury recovery, will push you to your best, but keep you from injury. Surrounded by Gorillas of all shapes and sizes who just want nothing more than to see you succeed is pretty awesome. Its more than a gym its a family! Im 51 years young and love my Ape Family
I'm a senior citizen that have never exercised before in my life. I decided to give Golden Ape Cross fit HSV a try a couple of months ago, and wow, I can't believe the difference in my body. It has been such a positive experience for me. The people are super nice and the coaches are there to help me modify the exercises to fit my level of fitness.
