This place is amazing. Has helped my family's health. Has new equipment. Highly Recommend OsteoStrong.

My mother is 71 and I just turned 50. Neither of us exercise much and knew our bone health was at severe risk. We found a video about OsteoStrong and was delighted there was a location in Huntsville, AL. We started February 2018 and my mother is in full Osteoporosis and I have Osteopenia. I was retested in June 2018 and am normal now after just 5 months. My mother has not yet tested her bone density progress however, she can tell a huge difference and is so excited to go to her appointments each week. There are many variables with a healthy lifestyle but for bone health, this is the answer with the quickest results without spending hours in the gym.

After my last doctor visit for a bone density scan, the nurse told me not to fall down when I asked what I needed to do for my osteopenia and balance. I heard about OsteoStrong at a Chamber of Commerce meeting and figured if I could find a proven, guaranteed solution on my own it was worth 10 minutes. I now do not worry about falling down or having a bone break. Mark and his team are amazing professionals and it is truly working with only 10 minutes a week. I will always recommend OsteoStrong to everyone who needs to walk and move without risk of falling.
