I did Jazzercise several years ago and then stopped. After moving I looked for a new class, but the times didn't allow for me to take them. I have now found Chrissy and love her classes. She keeps me motivated and we always have fun. Great workout.

Saturday started the 6 weeks abs classes - it's Monday and I'm still sore. Class definitely works!!!!!

I'm so glad I found Jazzercise of Madison!

Lisa is an awesome instructor. I went to Ascension Lutheran church for class on Thurs. Jan. 31. I been a jazzerciser since the 80's off and on. The class tonight was ergonomically sound, did get my heart rate up and was fun. I love the music, i love how friendly all the people are. So glad i went. I will continue to go.

I have been a Jazzerciser for over 20 years. The workout is always fun and it's as hard as you want to make it. I love that the routines are choreographed at the national level allowing you flexibility to pick up classes around the country and never be lost.
Chrissy is very enthusiastic and helps coach newbies. Plus she reminds seasoned students about proper technique. And, I love the music - gives you a good variety and keeps you current!

Although Jazzercise with Chrissy is fun, it can be an intense work out that incorporates weights, bands, exercise balls, and cardio.........and did I mention....dance? When I first started Jazzercise, I could barely make it through the hour but I was able to adapt the movements to my fitness level until I was ready to "bump it up" with more intense movements and heavier weights. The amazing thing is that I've been a student for three years now and I'm not tired of it yet! The routines are constantly changing and my hour of exercise is well spent! Chrissy is great about ensuring that her team is using the proper form to prevent injuries and about pushing students to achieve the next level of fitness.

Jazzercise of Madison is awesome! Chrissy, the instructor, really knows how to motivate the class and keep it fun. The music is eclectic and so are the routines..the hour long session goes by quickly...it's very addictive!
