I was satisfied with the class itself. One of the front desk ladies was sarcastically nice to the people in line in front of me and then rude to me. Although I clearly had the reservation on my phone, she was INSISTING that I must have done something wrong, must have come to the wrong place, must be at the wrong time, etc.... more
