It was my first cycling class; there was no instruction whatsoever plus the room was compact and hot. The instructor never came around to check on people who may be new or even addressed the class to inquire if there was anybody new; thankfully the person next to me was willing to help me adjust the equipment.... more
I am currently training with a trainer Gerano. He is being very attentive and empathetic to couple issues that I had. I had lower back pain and he definitely does some magic with it, I feel much better.... more
