The personal trainers are very knowledgeable. $35 for a gym membership that is 24 hours is very affordable. They have all the equipment I need to get in a good workout. This is what a real gym looks and feels like!!!.... more
The staff is friendly and the services the Y provides is good. I give 2 stars because this place is long over due for a major upgrade. Majority of the equipment should have been upgraded 10-15 years ago.... more
