Quiet, relaxing, down to earth gym. NO FRILLS just good old fashioned work out!

Great gym. I'm only here for a short time and I did not have to sign a contract or pay an initiation fee. The owner is great and will work with you. It's never crowded. I look forward to resuming my membership when I get back in town.
