Love the trainers. Love that they offer childcare. Very affordable. Awesome staff that is always willing to help with any needs.. Amazing gym geared towards weightlifting. Lots of machines, free weights, and floor space, as well as several treadmills, a couple stair climbers, a few exercise bikes and ellipticals.... more
I started a contract monthly membership with World Gym Rochester in March 2021. In April my company moved me 5 hours away to NYC. I was told I was required to pay the entire 12 months off even though I could not use their gym anymore due to distance.... more

Place is dirty!! I will not be going back!!. You can't beat $10 a month. The lady that runs this place is very sweet and conversational. The only drawback is that there is limited equipment, it seems like something is always count of order" which may leave you unable to use the machine you want to use.... more

Amazing gym for real lifters. This is a gym for anyone that wants to get a great workout without the social hour environment you find at LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness. Excellent gym etiquette that is enforced by staff.... more
Much cleaner equipment and friendlier people that attend. I tried a few other around the city and this one has much better quality.. Every class I attended, without fail, the members helped pick up the gym at the end without having to be asked.... more

Horrible place - Once they have your billing info they make it impossible for you to cancel. I've called numerous times, sent 3 certified letters can't speak to the same person more than once.... more
They offer promotion, but they don't tell you about hidden fees and does and don'ts about the guess you can bring, this is not the first Time I had problems with this location. Over all the employees don't have the training or even someone that can resolved the problems.... more
Your basic gym nothing fancy, old reliable machines that regularly break down, place is now kept in a clean and orderly condition, better than before.. parking is getting to be a pain.... more
