Studio 8 is a beautiful space for people to come and truly experience and enjoy their time spent on the yoga mat. This studio offers a variety of classes for a different types of people and levels. Yoga is for everyone and everybody!! Studio 8 offers workshops on the weekends, donation based classes, and to top it all off, the instructors are life changing! You want to get to know them!

Every time I have been to Studio 8 I have felt welcomed and embraced by instructors and other students alike. There is something for everyone, with a wide variety of classes in addition to modifications of poses. I appreciate that I've never felt intimidated there; there is no judgment, competition, or "in" group- just support and community.

I've been attending this studio for 3 years and could not ask for more. If you're a beginner, you'll be greeted with open arms just as anyone else. Classes have a ton of variety with a schedule that should work for anyone. If you put the effort in, you will deepen your Yoga practice here and find a community of amazing people.

Something for everyone at this studio. Every teacher is unique and adds their individual flair to the class. You will be sure to find a few teachers that you enjoy and can connect with. This studio always has something new to offer and try. You never get bored!!!
The free community class on Saturday is typically packed, but it is a good way to try it out and meet other yogis.
This studio also supports other community initiatives and events. Great member of Huntington!

I love Studio 8 because it feels warm, inviting, non judgmental as well as non competitive. I feel they truly embrace the philosophy to bring health to the mind and body as well as the community. I haven't taken a class from a teacher there that isn't anything less that what I consider mindful, caring and amazing, The teachers work and dedication to the community shows they practice what they preach. Studio 8 offers flexible schedules, variety of classes/styles for everyone at any level. Mats, bolsters, blankets, straps are all provided if needed.
We are lucky to have you in Huntington.
