Had a laughably bad experience trying to join this gym today. I went in and asked the guy at the front desk for a tour because I wanted to join and he said "have your ID" so I gave it to him, and then he just looked at me so I shrugged and said "I guess I'll show myself around.... more

Clean. Friendly staff. Lockers, showers, sauna. Classes, private training. Good location. Parking free in deck below or when signs permit on the street.. Nearly impossible to cancel your membership, I had to go through my bank to stop the charges after being misled by the manager.... more
I'm editing my negative review to positive. I was upset about their lack of response and how membership was handled. Not related to brand itself nor this specific location. If you commute from Virginia during rush hour don't even bother wasting your time and their time on top of that this Virus outbreak one of the reason i cancelled my membership but hey don't give yourself excuse! They have great parking and it's free for first hour and half.... more
Awful gym. Poor management. They didn't tell us they were closing the gym until a month before. They cancelled all classes a week before the gym actually closed. I didn't get any mail or email notification until 21 June about the gym closing.... more
