I work with John of Strength Unlimited and have been for about a year. He is hands down the best personal trainer I have worked with! His background and knowledge regarding human anatomy make him a perfect trainer for any fitness level. He takes great care making sure you use proper body mechanics when lifting, and will tailor workouts around injuries (if you have any). I particularly like that when I work out at the gym it's not full of other people that you have to wait on for a turn on the machine, or talk over to hear your trainer. It really is a personalized approach to group fitness!
I have been to many different gyms in the past several years and John and Joey are the most knowledgeable trainers I have met. They know how to make the classes fun and challenging. Each class is different so it stays exciting. They have motivated me to accomplish goals I never thought I could. He is also tremendously adept at identifying injuries and weaknesses so he can modify your workouts in order to help you meet your fitness goals while recovering from your injury. From gym novices to advanced athletes, this is a great place to go to avoid plateaus and setbacks and reach fitness excellence.

The group fitness classes at Strength Unlimited are the best! The bootcamp class is a circuit training style that moves you through 10-12 exercises 3 times. I love that I'm not seeing how fast I can do something, but rather how much I can do within 1 minute.
