Never won any Golden Gloves.
He is a mob con artist, they hide bodies it is a trick to lure kiddies in. He will attack people from the back, he has never won the golden gloves. He has a long criminal record and done credit card scams. His viscous behind the back attacks leave people with long term damage.
He is a conartist. He gave me a head injury with a suckerpunch to the back of the head while I was winning in sparring, he doesn't allow me to talk about it. He has a really bad criminal history and has been sued many times.
My two sons have been going for a month and a half now. They love it, the atmosphere is great and welcoming. It's become an awesome outlet for them. Every week they can't wait to go train and get their free bag of popcorn. I am always impressed with how the gym is managed, I definitely recommend it.
Great team. Great gym culture. Great work out. Coach Shad Cramer offers top notch coaching and instruction, as well as a safe environment to spar and hone your skills. Love coming here. Can't recommend it enough.
As someone who has never really worked out before, walking in was a little intimidating. However, once you get through the doors Coach Shad and all the athletes are welcoming and helpful! The workout is fast paced and the hour flies by. I heartily recommend!
My son and I have been going to Legacy for over a year now and we love it! I love the challenge and structure of the workout and that we learn something new every time we walk in the door. Coach Shad has created an environment of hard work and learning that is amazing. I highly recommend Legacy Boxing Club for anyone wanting to give boxing or a boxing workout a try!

I can not say enough good things about this gym, the coach, and the people who come there. Classes range from kids boxing, to adult fitness, boxing and competition. The coaching is unmatched and the fitness/workout opportunity is just right. A lot of care goes into creating a non threatening and open gym that bolsters confidence/skill while pushing physical limits but not exceeding them. Give it a try, nobody I have introduced has been disappointed.
