Such a fun, challenging workout. Drop body fat and gain healthy muscle. Track your progress (my favorite part) on the new technology of the InBody Scale. I can't believe the results I've achieved in such a short amount of time! I couldn't do a single push-up when I started and now I can do pull-ups! The trainers are encouraging and the members are so much fun! Do yourself a favor. Have enough courage to walk through that front door. If you're like me, it won't just change your body.
