This gym offers not only great coaching and workouts, but a welcoming community. No matter your fitness/experience level you will fit right in and workout at your own ability level. Would absolutely recommend!

Very friendly staff and members. I'm visiting from out of town but next time I'm in Spokane I'll definitely be back. Definitely recommend Predation CrossFit if you're looking for a gym.

At first I was a bit intimidated to go having never participated in cross fit before, however everyone was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Excellent coaches and equipment! I highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Great facility with a very welcoming community. The workout was challenging but inclusive for all as everybody was given great scaling options to make it right for them. This is the CrossFit gym to go to in Spokane!

Knowledgeable, friendly, staff with supportive crossfitters. We dropped in from Denver and my wife and I both did 1RM! I see lots of boxes around the country and I'd recommend Predation CF for experienced and beginners alike.
