I walked into this gym not knowing what to expect. The owner Joe what was the first person to greet me and booked me for a free training session with him so I could get a feel for the place. After that first day I realized his techniques were different than most places. I fell in love with how I felt during and after that workout. As an athlete recovery is extremely important and Joe has specific equipment to help speed up the process that he offers to his clients. This is a great training facility and I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve mentally and physically in a positive environment .
Joseph took us on as an older couple never before having worked out. He calls us "Seasoned". We had no idea of what to expect and are thoroughly satisfied. Joseph's level of knowledge and professionalism and sense of humor makes a great combination for a trainer. Could not be happier with our personal results. Great gym and fun atmosphere. Kim and Jeri
