Can't say enough good things about this place! We started with a Groupon, and fell in love with the community here, and have been members ever since.
Mandy's Beginner yoga class is a fantastic intro for those that might feel intimidated and for more experienced yogis that could use a refresh on some of the basics.
All of the other classes we've explored have been great, and the instructors have been very professional. They also host meditation classes and workshops to help with the spiritual journey alongside the physical one.

Started coming to this studio in a time of my life where I REALLY needed great healing (very recently) I rememeber googling Spokane yoga and this was the studio that immediately I was drawn too. The property the studio is on is beautiful. The energy is tranquil. Not only are all of the classes great. They are taught by wonderful teachers. I have introduced myself to each teacher that I have had class with and they all have had wonderful energy. The owner Ara who also teaches is so kind and her passion shows so strongly. Not only for her practice but for others. Not just a yoga studio. A place for healing . I can't stop going. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

I can't say enough good things about this studio. Aesthetically it is gorgeous, comforting, with nice light. Staff there is patient, kind, and knowledgable. I've been doing yoga for years, lived all over the country, and I've never been to a nicer spot.

This is the best yoga studio I spokane! I have been doing yoga for years and I have learned so much going here and my form/practice has improved drastically. They push you to be your best in a loving atmosphere that is never competitive and truly want to see you improve and share their love of yoga with as many people as they can.

I was cycling across the USA supporting the Ulman Cancer Fund and took a Kundalini Class with Promise. I was in desperate need of some yoga to relieve some tension and find some balance. Promise was AMAZING as was the class, studio, and experience overall. Staff was friendly. Studio was clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend checking out this studio- wonderful experience!!!!!

I started yoga less than a year ago. Yoga Shala is very welcoming, has a great atmosphere, a wide variety of classes for all skill levels and personal styles, and fits well into my schedule. They have before work, midday, evening and weekend classes, and each teacher is unique and wonderful in their own way. I've gained a surprising amount of strength and flexibility in the 8 or so months that I've been going.

Love yoga Shala! I never leave here disappointed, and each class is unique and leaves me feeling rejuvenated and feeling great about my workout. The instructors really know their stuff and challenge me to my perfect limits.

I have had the honor of attending this studio for the last year and feel like its a special oasis for a tight knit of yogi's. The teachers are all skilled, compassionate and diverse.

I had a wonderful experience at Yoga Shala with Ara leading a Kundalini Yoga session prior to a sound healing with Tibetan and crystal bowl. The Yoga Shala space is beautiful and overall the experience was one of the best yoga experiences I've had.

The Spokane Yoga Shala is the best space to practice yoga with some of the best guides in Spokane! Very Quiet. Warm. And I can see trees when I practice! Always, I feel a sense of peace and am reenergized after a class. I remember living in the neighborhood and seeing the Shala constructed. I thought, "That's going to be an awesome space." And then I go to yoga there years later, and it is the absolute best space for yoga. Check it!

The inside is also quite stunning. Heated, concrete floors...artistic design, penny floor bathrooms! Nice shower room. The INSTRUCTORS are all class acts. Well trained. The package deals offered are affordable and membership is VERY affordable (and members always get discounts for special events held at the studio. 5 stars!

The Shala offers a variety of yoga from hot Bikram, Baptiste to Yin and restorative. I am very proud of this studio. All of the instructors have been teaching for quite a while and are pro's at helping students stay safe and get the most from their practice. Also, the studio is beautiful! Windows all around looking out over the trees. Radiant heat flooring and whimsical details throughout. This is a quality yoga center.
