This review is solely based on the customer service I received.
I purchased the Intro to Aerial class for myself and my mother-in-law. We purchased the class for the last Saturday in March 2020. Due to Covid--19 business began shutting down mid-March. I patiently waited to receive communication from them regarding what would happen with my reservation and my class moving forward. I NEVER heard from them, not even an email stating that they closed. So I finally reached out to the in April and kindly requested a refund of my reservation and my mother-in-laws. They refused to give me a refund and said instead I could do an online class being offered. That isn't want I signed up for and was disappointed in their offering. As as business owner myself I know times are unprecedented and stressful, but customer service should still remain number one, and I feel like this company dropped the ball big time in that aspect.
