Very clean location, and the layout is aesthetically pleasing. The clothes are definitely on the pricier side, but they're high quality and super comfortable. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place.
Great Staff. This location carries a decent inventory and has all the basics. Reuben helped me find shorts for my husband. He was genuine, patient, and knew his product. My husband loves his shorts. Definitely a 5 star experience.
I made a 50-mile round trip to lululemon to purchase a $100 gift card for my granddaughter. I was greeted at the door by a construction worker who said, "You can't come in." It was pretty obvious the store was closed. I had purposely checked the website that indicated the store was open. It would have been so simple to amend the website to say "closed due to temporary construction; will open XXX." So, also obviously, this was not a very happy customer.
I found a hole in my leggings, and they helped me get a new pair at no cost for me! And the staff was very helpful through the whole thing! Definitely a place to shop:)
I HATE to write this, but I have had a negative experience the last 2 visits. Rude staff, maybe b/c I returned things..not sure. but tonight the gal pulled out a gift card holder and put it back when I didnt have my receipt..and just gave me the gift card. I'm sorry but that is just down right rude. I have definitely spent enough money there to get better treatment than that. just be nice, not rude.

Had a great experience at this location, some of the most friendly retail employees I've ever seen. Apparel is expensive but I ended up getting 2 items, would recommend if you're willing to spend the money.
I stopped by downtown Spokane location to see if they had anything my hometown location didn't. I was told they didn't but pointed to the reduced prices sections. I was offered a changing room and I bought a new Cinch It LS in white and a WMTM Simply Bare Untight tight. Everyone was nice and it was 45 minutes to closing too! Thanks Lululemon!!
Employees displayed pretentious attitudes which was amplified by neglecting to assist my wife, despite having the time to check on everyone else multiple times. Don't waste your time here when Nordstrom offers better quality and customer service across the street. Also, strollers and wheelchairs better prepare for a challenge as there is no accessibility ramp available into the store.
