Jacob has been training our young boy who is a competitive swimmer. I can see improvement in his strength and techniques after a few months. Jacob has gradually raised the level of the program to stretch the boy's ability. Good job!

I really like working out here. Jeff is super fun to work with. The other trainers know their stuff and are very supportive. My workouts are always challenging and I feel stronger. I know! Right?

I cannot say enough about Northcore. From the minute I walked in I felt at home. Jeff is an amazing trainer and a huge support to all of us who work out here. He is always available for questions and makes sure we are doing all our exercises correctly and with good form. I look forward to going because it is a fun and supportive environment. For the last 5 months I have been a part of a morning class where every workout is challenging and well planned out. No days are ever the same and I am never disappointed. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who is looking to get in shape.

The facility is little more than an industrial garage with exercise equipment. Highly surprised to see the amount of people using the facility.

I started at Northcore after nearly a year of PT rehabbing a shoulder injury that had severely limited my mobility in my right arm. Within a couple of months I had increased mobility and was throwing a football with my kids again. The attitude Jeff and the trainers maintain in the gym is fantastic!

I can't say enough positive things about the value Northcore Performance Training and the great work that Jeff Millet and his staff have done for my son for the upcoming high school baseball season. Over the last 6 months Jeff and Jacob have developed customized training plans to help increase my son's overall strength. I would recommend Northcore to any high school or college athlete looking to break through barriers and take their game to the next level.

If you're looking for a smaller workout experience with professional staff and quality equipment - all without the "cult-like" nature associated with many Cross-Fit outfits - then Northcore is for you!

I have been working out at Northcore for two years now. Jeff, Jacob, and Kawika (the trainers at Northcore) create custom workouts based on your ability and the sport you play. They are upbeat, positive and very knowledgeable. There is always a great atmosphere at Northcore and I look forward to every one of my workouts.

I've been training with Northcore for 4 months and I've never felt healthier. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and fun to spend the hour with. Northcore is the only gym I've ever come back to, and I plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

I have loved my experience here at Northcore. I enjoy coming here each time and all of the trainers are so knowledgeable and helpful. They really help the atmosphere here making it a place for everyone no matter what age you are to get results.

Jeff and his team are amazing! I've worked out with other trainers before, but what's great and different about Jeff is that this is his gym - he's not under a bigger corporate umbrella pushing you toward other products. It's just him focused on helping you be your best self. He provides you with a personalized workout plan, advises and gives you tools for healthy eating and is so incredibly supportive. Jeff leads by example and is always positive. I can't recommend Northcore enough!

Jeff's knowledge of sports and his ability to create unique workout sets makes this gym exceptional. I spent 3 years searching for a great gym to support both my personal massage practice and my training for 25K trail races. I connected with NorthCore because of the like minded clients, small workout space and attention to body mechanics. I've been training here for 4 months, focusing on shoulder and back strength and leg strength. I've noticed a huge difference in my practice, because I'm able to maintain good form and prevent pain and strain on my back and shoulders. The leg work has also greatly improved my ability to haul up a technical trail, relying on strength instead of will power. I'm currently training in the semi-private classes and enjoy the support and camaraderie of the other clients.

I am a hockey mom that is soon to become an empty nester. It's time to start doing things for myself again. I can't imagine picking anything better than Northcore Performance. As other reviewers have said, the trainers are fantastic. They know what they are talking about and motivate you to succeed. The other members are friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my work out and have had excellent results, even with my bad back. Northcore is a place where you are greeted by name and challenged at your own personal fitness level. I plan on continuing at this gym for a long time. I can't say enough good things about Jeff, Jacob, and Northcore.
