RBY is permanently CLOSED! Silent and empty, mine was the only vehicle in the parking lot. I must have been the only one who didn't get the memo.

Richmond Beach Yoga is a great place to practice yoga regardless of your experience level. The atmosphere is friendly and each class participant is encouraged to practice in a way that works for them. Glenn and Angeline are knowledgable, engaged, exploratory, and more than willing to answer questions and provide personalized guidance. They provide multiple approaches to each pose and the practice as a whole. (I don't mean to leave out Dylan, but I haven't had the opportunity to take one of his classes yet.) Each instructor has his/her own style that add to your own approach to yoga and illustrate that there is no one right way. They offer a varied schedule and encourage folks to try new things. This is my favorite yoga studio ever.
the instructors are great even for a beginner like me. nice place to get stronger every day
Found this studio during a short stay in Shoreline and was hooked. They offer hatha, vinyasa and yin (long and deep stretching--try it!) yoga and meditation in a pleasant, warm and super clean studio. Owners Angeline and Glenn are born teachers who have a knack for helping students get the most out of their practice by providing individual attention, encouragement and extra challenge. They are welcoming and well-versed in their profession. They'll also remember your name and tell funny stories. Classes are well-scheduled to allow for two in an evening if desired, i.e. vinyasa followed by meditation or hatha followed by yin. And the students are such lovely folks!
Richmond Beach Yoga provides a friendly and comfortable environment to which I give a big thumbs-up of support. Hands-down my favorite Seattle-area yoga studio. Seek this place out!
Both Glenn and Angeline are great people and teachers. Their yoga studio is clean and spacious. If you are in the Shoreline, WA area, I highly recommend you try Richmond Beach Yoga.
