Need to punch a new hole in my belt again as my core gets stronger and stronger with each visit to MI Pilates. Leslie and Tracy know their stuff and are taking my old, beat up, stiff-as-you-know-what body to new flexible and stronger places. The instruction is detailed, thorough, and also gives you homework to help round out your visits with doable Pilates at home. A weekend warrior athelete and father of two young kids , Pilates is a welcome addition to my overall health regime and MI Pilates is a top-notch place to do it....thanks MI Pilates for being there!!
Conveniently located on the north end of Mercer Island very close to I-90, it's a beautiful studio with new equipment and excellent instructors. Highly recommended !!
