Great gym and group of people, stopped in while visiting family in mercer island, almost all of the equipment is new and location is great for easy outdoor runs, coaches take time to verify proper technique regardless of skill level.

Dropped in while visiting and it's an AH-Mazing box and community! Coaches are absolutely wonderful giving true drive motivation and support to push you to be your greatest!
