Great trainers for people of all fitness levels.

Great people, great culture, great results!

The studio is clean, well-laid out, professional, and comfortable. It's like a luxury home gym - there may be another person or two working out in tandem, but it is quiet and not the competitive or intense energy of some gyms. The staff are terrific, very personable and kind and encouraging.

Training at FT created structure and accountability. Having regular appointments each week both helped me maintain a strong routine and also helped me to really see progress. The trainers are excellent at modifying to accommodate injury or specific needs. They also provide excellent direction on form and proper engagement for safety and improved results.

I joined FT in September 2018. I am a middle aged long distance runner but due to injury had put on weight and lost conditioning. I had tried a trainer at a big gym but couldn't motivate myself to go regularly. Since joining FT, I've lost more than 20lbs, feel better than I have in years and now have an all over workout plan. I've returned to running long distance and am starting to feel young, not old! I highly recommend the Madison Park FT. Between the members and the trainers there is a great feeling of camaraderie. Regular contests keep you motivated and the trainers will listen to your goals and issues and come up with a customized plan.

If you need to get in shape, recover from injury or are just tired of feeling out of shape and old, give FT a try.

Evan is the man! He's got me feeling great and in the best shape I've been in a long time. He really knows how to get the most out of you without going over board. I couldn't be happier with my training with him. Big time recommendation!

At FT I learned that I don't need to diet and exercise, but rather eat and train... With this approach in one year I lost 100 lbs, down from size XXXL to L, I am training for the Seattle R&R Marathon in June- and I feel great! Thanks Kirsten, John, Darius, Melissa and Rebecca for giving me back my life. You guys are awesome!

I have endless positive feedback for this location. I was tentatively looking for some one on one attention to help with overall fitness, strengthening, and to diffuse some stress. Almost instantly, after my first meeting, any insecurity vanished and I became excited and motivated to progress. I work primarily with trainer Laura, who is laid back in her style yet direct, extremely knowledgeable and somehow makes a challenging workout fun. The setting is small with semi private areas for one on one, yet it manages to feel communal and supportive for people of ALL fitness level. I very highly recommend Fitness Together.
