Kind owners, well maintained equipment and a fun atmosphere. Much more fun to work out here than at a corporate gym
Love this gym, never met a single unkind soul in the building. Truly the first gym I've *enjoyed* going to.
I love this gym. The people there treat you like family. No need to manicure things. If what you want is to workout, this is the place. Their instructors are super qualified.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. $50 a month to use extremely dated and shoddy equipment. Last time I was in there I think all but one of the treadmills had rips & holes in the belts, or just flat out didn't work right. The front desk person didn't seem to care when I told her. You can easily tell the treadmills and elliptical machines are very old just by looking at them, and most of the weight machines have worn out cords & belts. Where does that $50/month from members go if they can't even keep working or up to date equipment? Extremely over-priced for what it is, unfortunate because it is the only gym in the area but this is a rip off for sure.

Local gym, owners and staff are great. A little old school but has what you need, Iron.

A great family owned and operated fitness center. They just upholstered all their equipment, some new cardio machines and gave the gym a total overhaul, looking good!

Don't come here for the most updated fitness equipment. Come here for down to earth people and simple workouts. They do have some classes to mix it up if you want.

Best gym experience I have every had. Everyone is like family. Mr. Stewart and co. are class acts. I look forward to working out here everyday

Very solid gym. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere makes this place one of the best gyms I've ever been to. There is a broad selection of machines and free weights. Absolutely recommend coming here.
Has to be the best gym in Seattle! Family-owned, and true to values of body, mind, and spirit they advertise. All gyms would do well to model after these folks. Get strong!
