This is by far my favorite studio in Seattle. Not only do teachers seem to have creative license to really share their strengths, this studio isn't afraid to lean-into tough conversations and facilitate growth beyond the mat.

I love this studio, having been several times already within a week. I am thrilled that a Vinyasa studio has come to the South end and even more thrilled that you get your money worth with 90 minute classes and reasonable rates/passes. Emily, the owner, is warm, welcoming, and clearly put in a lot of effort and thought into the creation of this space. All the classes I have taken here have been lead with clear instruction, thoughtful challenges, acceptance, and love. I could ask for nothing more in a yoga studio!

Love the space and diversity of classes. Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for decades, you will find a home here.

I am THRILLED to have this beautiful space so close to my home. The physical space is inviting and warm, and upon entering, I could tell that Tiger Lily yoga is truly a place where all are welcome, and encouraged to practice.
I took an all levels power vinyasa class from Emily, and was very impressed by the high caliber physicality of the class, but also the attention to mindfulness that was frequently spoken to. Emily provided intriguing sequencing, and also provided me with new opportunities for chanting, and breath work.
I felt that Emily's alignment cues were specific and individualized to my personal practice- which makes me eager to return to her class to work on the tools she provides.
Overall- a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to check out the other instructors.

I love this place. Great location, a wide variety of classes (I especially love Ruth's Power classes and all of Caro's classes), wonderful instructors. It is also inclusive, body positive environment that really strives to be a part of and give back to the local community. This is not a sterile and silent studio where you are discouraged from speaking before class -- this is a vibrant place that has a great sense of community. Thanks, Tiger Lily!
