I love Sound Strength and Conditioning. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and will make helpful suggestions to improve form while lifting. They will also make suggestions on exercises to do to help flexibility and mobility. The gym members are a great bunch and it is definitely easier to keep going knowing that friends are in class. I love that I can just show up, be guided through our work for the day and be done in an hour and have great physical results. Great place!
