I went to Lila for an evening class, which was especially nice with the studio windows outlooking trees and candles lit around the room. The studio has a neighborhood-type of feel, which I like--cozy and welcoming.
Before class began, the instructor asked if anyone had any specific needs, or if they had a particular thing that they wanted to practice, which was nice. I've been to quite a few studios and I particularly like that this class at Lila was uninterrupted, felt like it flowed well and there was music that fit the mood of the class.
I felt very much indulged in the class. Highly recommend for people who want a down-to-earth feeling studio and an escape at the end of the day.
