I've been with this program for about a month now and I've seen and felt great results in that short amount of time. If you are looking for a no nonsense, high intensity, overall strength and conditioning type of workout this is where you get it. It's pretty much the opposite of push-ups, treadmills, and, pausing to adjust weights. These workouts will make you sore in muscles you didn't know you had.
I recently moved up to the PNW for a job as a firefighter and was looking for a gym. I tried boxing gyms, cross fit gyms, personal trainers, but nothing felt right. After a shoulder injury, I wanted a great workout without compromising the injury further. That's when I met Curt, we spoke about the injury and he has been able to keep me fit all while bullet proofing my shoulder and I'm in better shape than I could've imagined. If you've ever had an injury that you were worried would hinder your fitness come in and talk with their team.
The atmosphere here is second to none. Small groups that are very supportive of each other and a great sense of community. I've seen people with all kinds of different fitness levels and backgrounds in there and the workouts are customized to whichever level your body is at.
