I'm a college student at Seattle U and I love going to Live Love Flow! It's in a perfect location, and have good student discounts. The staff is really friendly and I've enjoyed all of my classes--there's something for everyone!
Favorite studio in Cap Hill !! Only place I know of with such a wide ranging mix of yoga + spin classes, from yin & vinyasa to workout blend HIIT yoga classes. Perfect mix of stretching and exercise! The space is pretty + clean, with free parking behind the building which is a huge plus in Seattle! The teachers are really skilled + remembered my name after just the first class. Highly recommend! They always have great events and new student specials going on.
A vibrant studio in Capitol Hill, probably the only one in the neighborhood offering yoga, cycling and different fiit/weight classes. I like the community, yoga classes are well structured and fiit class is a great challenge and workout! Also, the first class starts around 5:45am which is great for all early birds!! A big plus for cleanliness too.
My friends and I love the classes at Live Love Flow! Its a great space to find dynamic spin and yoga classes. All the classes I have taken have been a balanced combination of strength and flexibility! Thank you to all the great instructors!!!

LLF is one of my fave studios in Seattle. It's beautiful, clean and very professional. Teachers are knowledgeable and friendly and you always know you are getting a well rounded, great workout. Hot yoga that is not too hot (92 degrees) and showers afterward plus cycle classes. What more do you need?!
This beautiful boutique studio is well deserving of 5 stars. Their staff is always so kind and make sure to greet everyone at the door. They are so accommodating and making working out something to look forward to. Their teachers are of high quality in both the yoga studio and the cycle studio. All around great experience.
I love Live Love Flow! Great range of classes for all levels. The combo of a studio that houses spin and yoga is what Seattle needs more of and Live Love Flow is a perfect place for both! Clean studio, awesome spin classes, and tons of Yoga classes for any type of Yogi!
Live Love Flow offers a wide range of classes from tempo cycle to HIIT, vinyasa, and yin styles of yoga. The schedule has many class times and allows you to take classes back to back. There are frequent workshops and regular teacher trainings for both cycling and yoga. Fun instructors and a great community to be part of!
Warm, clean, inviting and Friendly! Quality teachers which makes a huge difference in the experience of a great workout. I want to leave sweating .... and boy did I!!! I felt this studio is worth the membership and would definitely feel confident recommending to others!

All the instructors are amazing and I love how each one of them brings their own unique flavor in their class. It's nice that the teachers are not pigeon holed to following a set sequence like other studios so I always know each class differs from each other. I recommend people who are new to yoga and/or cycling or are new to the city, to this studio! You will not be disappointed :)

The yoga flows are unique and challenging as every teacher has something special to offer their students. On top the teachers, the studio space is amazing! They recently added mirrors to the front of the yoga studio which is great when working on your alignment. Definitely make sure to give their deals a look around the holidays as they can have some pretty unbeatable prices.

I live on top of this building and am woken up each and every day due to the loud music which resonates through the walls. I'm glad that people are enjoying their classes here but I can literally feel the vibration of the loud music and hear each command which is spoken through a microphone.
Love this studio, it is clean and has a warm intimate feeling. it's great location for me. When I first started, I was fairly new to yoga. I must admit I was a little intimidated with the advancement of others but after choosing the class for my skill level, I felt welcomed and encouraged to come back, so I did (that being said now that I am learning I can be challenged there as well ) :) I really look forward to this time of my day whether I choose to attend early classes or evening.
This place is full of inconsiderate people. I live in the same building as their business and they wake me up every morning at 5:45am. Their music is always booming. One day when I was home sick, all I wanted to do was nap and I couldn't because they had their music blasting all day. Their instructors mics are so loud I can hear them screaming all throughout the day. I have asked them to quiet down but they have refused time and time again.
I live above Live Love Flow and the owner is by far my worst experience with any business owner. Not only do they wake me up every single morning at 5:45am, they have been extremely rude during all of my attempts to communicate and solve the problem. I have called, emailed, talked in person, and Facebook messaged them about this issue. They have refused to turn down the music or help. Their only advice was for me to move out. As a college student, I am scraping by. I have asked for them to help me with the costs of moving. Not only have they refused to help with what they told me to do, they blocked me! My interaction with this business has been absolutely horrible. I feel an immense sense of anxiety every time I try to go to sleep in my apartment. They have made this an unlivable environment and refuse to help me. I ask that you not patronize this business, the owner is not someone who cares about other people.
I've been going here for a year and a half now, I love that it has both cycle and yoga classes. And the teachers are all amazing!
