I went to Troy's class for the first time this morning and was very impressed. He is very experienced and cares about advancing his students practice. He gave me an intro to Ashtanga yoga since I was new to that tradition and I learned a ton in the 2 hours I was there. I would definitely return when I'm in Seattle again.

Wonderful setting to practice. Troy is very talented teacher with great deal of knowledge and experience. He is very careful with students so injury is not a concerned. The Mysore practice is very enjoyable.

This the best yoga in Seattle. This the where all the other yoga teachers go when they are not working. Troy has a intuitive sense with each student and is especially good with injuries or working through a tough spot in your practice.
