I have always gone here and done open work out ( I work out myself) but decided I would take a one on one with Isaac for an hour and man was it a beating. I hated every second of it but loved it so much. He pushed me until I was gassed and kept pushing until I had nothing in the tank. I learned a lot and have a bunch of good work outs for conditioning next time I go. Great Coaches, Great Environment. if you want the real deal and real Boxing gym. SBG >>>> for boxing being a contact sport. everyone here is humble, friendly and willing to help out when asked advice. Seattle needs to breed more Fighters!

love this place, been coming for over 4 years and don't plan on stopping. Isaac is the owner and he has really turned this place around. before him, it was kind of grungy hole in the wall but he has turned it into a top notch gym without losing the grit. trainers are great and very patient, most have fought at a very high level (collegiate champions and undefeated professionals). if you check it out you may feel intimidated at first, but as soon as you talk to one of the trainers you'll feel right at home.
I can't say enough about how great a place this is! I have been to a few other boxing gyms around town and nothing felt right until I walked into SBG. Friendly and inviting staff. Great equipment. This place builds real boxers as well as being a great place to stay in shape. The look and feel of a true boxing gym.

Ive been going here for a over year. Staff is great and goes above and beyond. They even let my boyfriends family use the gym for the day for free. The place is clean and equipment is new and in great shape. I definitely would recommend it.

Outstanding gym. Clean, well equipped, great staff, lots of parking, keeps up with maintenance, friendly crowd, there's equipment for every kind of fitness expert or enthusiast.
I'm a Title member who dropped in while in town for business. Loved the old school vibe and brutal workout and would join here in a second if I were a native.
Started going there couple weeks ago. Great trainers, the fact that they still compete and sharing their experience is very motivating. I am tired and sore afterwards but I enjoy going there every time.
I really love this gym. I came in with ZERO experience and learn so much every class. Also, this is no fluffy cute little workout. This is a legit gym and a serious workout. Love it.
Genuinely the best gym in seattle, the volume and range of equipment they have is incredible, any boxing tool you can name plus better equipment than most crossfit gyms. Very skilled and friendly coachs aswell.
