I have called 8 times this week with no answer, emailed twice, no response and text 3 times with no reply. I simply have a few questions before I sign my daughter up but it seems they don't want my business. I was so excited when I found this but since communication is so poor, I have been nothing but disappointed.
[LOCATION IS CLOSED FOR NOW!] CLASSES CONTINUE OUTDOORS. One of the best Parkour gyms I was in (I used to live in California so I was in some of the well known gyms there). The facility is awesome, modularity of the obstacles is great and coaches and very knowledgeable. Also after coming to Seattle my first steps led me to this gym where I received warm welcome from the community.

Upon my first visit at PKV I was greeted with open arms and smiling faces. The atmosphere is unique and interesting and the experience is one of a kind. Most of the instructors will bend over backwards to be sure you are learning and progressing as safely as possible and the equipment is top-notch. Clean, inviting and accommodating. I would recommend a visit to PKV if you ever are in the Seattle Washington area.
Parkour Visions is not just a gym, it's a family. From the moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed with open arms into a new way of thinking about the world around you. Coaching is detail-oriented and respectful, whether you are 3 or 83, a practiced mover or new to sport. I cannot recommend this facility or its instructors highly enough, they have honestly changed my life.
I worked with Parkour Visions way back in 2009, the skills and training their trainer Brander gave me not only helped me hone my skills, but develop new techniques. The friendships I made within the organization have somehow lasted the test of time even though we can't often connect these days. The people are awesome, the material is good and we'll taught and the atmosphere is accepting and encouraging. Plush, bonus, totally LGBT friendly!

Parkour Visions is a second home to our family. The coaches are amazingly talented professionals who truly care about the development of every member. They focus on fun and safety and help each member grow from where they start without judgment. I loved that I could train while my kids trained as the gym is large enough to hold multiple classes. My kids are agile and aware of their bodies and space thanks to the training they started with Parkour Visions. We left Seattle to travel the world and always visit the Parkour or ADD gyms where ever we go. Parkour Visions is a gem among the many gyms we've visited, not because of the gym space, but because of the amazing team of coaches and Seattle parkour community. Much love for Parkour Visions!!

Wonderful gym. I've visited a lot of gyms along the west coast and so far, the set up here is the best. Everything is modular, the coaches shift things up all the time so there are always new challenges, and they have the space/equipment for lots of different types of movement, whether its tricking, low line, rails and bars, big scary stuff, or just the basics. The staff is knowledgeable and diverse, both in the way they teach, and in type of movement.
Actually, the diversity at PKV is pretty cool. There's plenty of girls/women, older people, etc at the gym and classes along with the typical young male.

Great traceurs, better coaches, a great place to grow your skills in a safe, effective environment. Highly recommended for anyone who has a love or interest.
Incredible space with kind and knowledgeable teachers and staff. Great place to have fun while improving your agility and technique - whether you're a gymnast, a skier/snowboarder or a diver, this place has something for you.
Absolutely amazing space, great coaches, and a friendly welcoming environment. Can't recommend enough.
Took my 4 year old daughter here for the first time on Saturday. She is autistic and we informed the instructor, Curt, of this fact and told him that we would stay with her throughout the class to help her. He seemed receptive of this information and we were excited for the class.
Curt proceeded to discriminate against my daughter the entire class. He lectured her excessively and unnecessarily about crossing a cone barrier into the older kids zone, about looking at his face when he's talking to the kids (something incredibly difficult for most people on the spectrum), and about standing in line when he tells her to. This is toddler parkour, not navy seal training. I understand the need to follow directions for safety reasons, but my daughter has taken plenty of gymnastics and swimming classes that also involved potentially dangerous situations, and none of her instructors have treated her this way.
Curt had my daughter practice jumping separate from the other typically developing children. This was alarming to us. He also invited the other kids to try new sections of the course, and try a flip, but not my daughter. The entire class, he was very enthusiastic about the other children and their accomplishments, but did not show this same enthusiasm for my daughter. We have been deeply disturbed by his complete disregard for my daughters feelings and his obvious prejudice against her.
I talked to the man at the front desk before I left. He assured me that many of the instructors, including Curt, have worked with people of all ages with disabilities at the gym.
I went home and wrote a lengthy email to the gym email provided on the website. After not receiving a response, I called the gym this morning to try and contact the owner or director. The man who answered said the head coach would be in contact with me soon, and laughed when he said he had read my email. I received an email apologizing from the head coach, Brandee. She called me this evening and we discussed the class, she said she had reviewed the class footage and agreed with my concerns about Curt's behavior. She assured me she had talked to Curt and would be interested in any special needs sensitivity training resources I could send her.
Although I felt Brandee was very understanding and remorseful of the situation, I was unsatisfied with her response that she would just "talk to Curt about it." We haven't received any apology or correspondence from Curt, which is tremendously disappointing. I really hope that this review will help anybody with a disability that visits this gym in the future. Please don't let anybody discriminate against your child, or yourself. I'm thoroughly disgusted with how my daughter was treated and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I was looking for a safe and effective teacher to learn a backflip. I had no experience and I worked with Chris Hollingsworth. He is an awesome coach and I got everything and more than I could have expected from him. Worth every penny.
