Best thing that happened to me after moving to Seattle was finding Studio 206. This place is the real deal: wonderful and supportive teachers, creative/top-notch choreography, super fun music, beautiful space, wonderful and warm friends who come regularly to dance together, and a gem of an owner, Nicole, who holds the place together. If you like to dance, even a little, you will LOVE it and it may change your life too! Check out the schedule and find something for you. Studio 206 is life changing! The first year I started dancing with Nicole in her Urban Dance Fitness class, I lost 20 pounds. At the same time, I gained a community of wonderful women and friends. It is the best place to dance your heart out, learn new moves, music and feel great. I love this place!
I look forward to "dance" 4x/week. I have only done the Urban Dance classes, but I was hooked from day one. Perfect for those of us who miss going out dancing! Great routines to current and classic jamz. After a couple of months I can already feel a tighter core and looser hips. Nicole (owner) is awesome - friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend!
Best dance work out in south Seattle! Nicole makes sure your whole body gets exercise, you sweat and have fun plus the music is billboard top hits. She offers different types of dance plus pound workouts.
Beautiful studio space with amazing teachers and a welcoming community! Studio 206 makes getting fit so much fun and I look forward to my dance workouts every week. I've also made new friends! The monthly membership rate is very reasonable especially for a specialty fitness studio. Good variety of teachers and classes. Finally: FREE PARKING! Highly recommend!
