I love this place! Union Pilates isn't a mill. The instructors are carefully selected, and they are careful with our bodies. Mine, in particular!
If you're like me, you have to go to work every day and you want to stay fit (or maybe rehab an injury or whatever), and Union's instructors are going to make sure that you get your work in without hurting yourself. This is a big deal - I've had workouts that have left me achy & breaky the next day, but this doesn't happen at Union, because the instructors pay attention, correct your form, and do not push you past your capabilities.
Great location, parking, all of that. One more side note.
At 61, I still play softball, and every spring it takes me a couple of weeks to get the arm loose enough to throw well. I came to Union during the off-season, and at our first practice, my arm was in mid-season form.
I do group sessions, some younger people, some athletes and some not. They all love Union, but I'm writing about it. Looking forward to seeing you there. For real.
