I've been working out at Elite Fitness for 3.5 years. The trainers at Elite not only give you a great workout, they are such good people! At Elite, you work out with a variety of trainers. Since every trainer is unique and has their own training style, each session is a little different which keeps things fresh and fun. If you're having a hard time motivating, these guys will have you laughing and sweating in no time!

Love this place. I have had the benefit of a number of trainers including Dave himself and all are dedicated and committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. For me, I look forward to this. I go three times a week and have fun (and a lot of pain ). I have grown in my fitness. And I have found them to be very flexible with my changing schedule.

I highly recommend,.

I am a big fan of Elite Fitness training - the staff is excellent and the support from my fellow clients really adds to the positive vibe. I've worked out at many clubs and studios over the years, but I have seen the best outcome from the Elite approach. I only go twice a week, but my sessions are focused, intense, fun, and provide results. The periodic Sunday morning boot camps are a great complement to the personal sessions. The instructors are always top notch, especially the current crew of Matt, Anson, TC, and Christian. These guys know how to push me to do more than I think I am capable of doing. And who doesn't need that? If you live or work in Eastlake, this is the place to go.

My husband and I have been training with Elite Fitness for awhile now and at least once a month one of us always brings up how glad we are that we commit to going once a week. Just going once a week and supplementing with other exercise has made a huge difference to us both physically and mentally. And having a scheduled appointment once a week makes sure I get something in vs. trying to motivate myself to get to the gym on my own which rarely happened.

Also, we really enjoy that no workout is ever the same and we get to work with a different trainer each week. Each trainer has a different style and it's fun to do a cardio workout using your own body weight one week vs. lifting weights the next. Plus, because it's a small training gym it's very personable, all the trainers take the effort to know your name and check in on how we're doing.

Lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks! These guys are sharp and educated in nutrition and strength training. The evaluate you from top to bottom and customize an actual plan together with weight goals. If you go to 24 hour fitness type gyms, they don't give you nearly the experience, expertise nor the attention that Elite fitness gives.

I am hooked. Elite fitness is the most professional and effective training facility in the Northwest!

Classes here make working out a breeze and so much fun! I have recently joined team ifit and not once during my class do I look at the watch to see how many more dreading minutes I have

The instructors are energetic and keep a fast pace!

I'm closing in on my third anniversary with Elite and shifted from the Bellevue location to Seattle about four months ago. The owners truly care about the staff and the clientele. The unique thing about Elite is that you don't know which trainer you are going to work out with until you show up. All share a common training philosophy but have their own take on what will work for you on a particular day. Several of the Bellevue trainers are excited to say the least, putting a different sense of energy into the space. They also encourage participation in outside events, but not just "go do this run". They organized a trip for 12 clients to run the Urbanathlon in Chicago including extra training sessions in the summer and all of the logistics to and from. This is about getting in great shape. They are fun and social but won't let you slack.

I started working out with Dave and his team over six years ago. At 29 (now you can guess my age) I was about 25lbs overweight and pretty much led a sedentary lifestyle...a good friend got me to start doing doubles once a week, and I was hooked. Now I workout with a trainer 2-3 days a week. Dave, Quentin and the other trainers are the perfect mix of brains, brawn and fun. They know what they're talking about and know how to motivate you. Over the years, they've worked with me to change evolve my routine from weight loss to gaining muscle. I just recently moved to Seattle and wish I could have moved them with me!

Dave and his team are outstanding. They manage to be friendly, funny and outgoing (however, if your not the chatty type, I'm sure they can accommodate that as well), while getting you in shape. Don't misunderstand me though, Elite Fitness is for those who are serious about getting in shape or taking their fitness to another level.
