Working out is healthy.
Great set of weights and machines, punching bag, some cardio equipment. Never too crowded. An awesome gym for weightlifting or bodybuilding. Its reasonably priced and I have nothing but good things to say about the owner, Osiris.
If you are looking for a gym for weight lifting, this is the most suitable place for you. Though every machine is not brand-new, the gym has just what you need. The gym makes you focus what you have to do which is weight lifting, not phone texting. I literally could feel that the owner really care about his gym and he really loves bodybuilding. Just shut up and go this place. may the Ronnie coleman be with you.
Owned and operated independently, this little gym has everything you need for a great work out. Unpretentious and relaxed, the people show up to work out not to pick each other up. Osiris has created a safe space with no judgement for people of all types, and work they do.
