I love 8 Limbs Capitol Hill! The studio is a great balance of bright and cozy and the teachers so welcoming. I always look forward to class, never feel that class is a competition, and always leave class feeling refreshed and calm.

Highly recommend!

Om goodness! I received TeriLyns class today and fell in love with her sequencing and the studio. The members that attended were so welcoming and the energy in the room was amazing. This place in on my favs list and I will come back whenever I visit Seattle.

The instructors here are some of the most knowledgable in Seattle and the teaching is great. The studio is also very well designed and a relaxing space.

Love this place! The yoga studio is bright and open - I immediately feel a sense of relaxation when I walk in. The teachers are kind and passionate - they create such a warm and relaxing environment for my yoga practice.

A lovely yoga studio. The staff are clearly happy to be there, and report being employed under good working conditions. I favor a particular teacher, and he is reliably there Sunday mornings. People are kind, warm, welcoming.

8 Limbs is a very welcoming, warm studio in the heart of Capitol Hill. They offer a range of classes and have a large staff so you can figure out which teachers/classes work best for you. I'm always nervous trying out a new studio but my experience at 8 Limbs has been great. Would recommend for all skill levels.

A great little studio, with experienced instructors and kind staff. Prices are a bit steep, but discount for non-profit employees helps!

I have been going here for years and it has always been great. Many excellent instructors. Lots of choices for times of day, styles of yoga, and levels of intensity. They've been doing a lot to examine prejudice and racism, out in the world and within the world of yoga as well.

Love the space. Love even more that it's donation based. As a broke ass college student, this place helps my mind and body stay healthy during those stressful times.

You can no longer park your bike inside (I knew it was too good to last) and about 2 weeks ago my bike seat was stolen while I was in class. Lock your shin up tight!

Great variety of teachers each offering unique takes and backgrounds of yoga. The classes are decently priced and they are always offering promotions. They have a 200 and 500 RYT program and always bring guest instructors to the studio. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a home yoga studio and is NOT hot yoga. They're located in the center of Capital Hill and very close to many other quirky and mom and pop type establishments.

I love 8 Limbs. The teachers are experienced and accomplished, the atmosphere is very friendly and you can incorporate as much or as little yoga philosophy into your practice as you want to. Sally's Monday 4pm Level 1 class is awesome.

One of the more beautiful yoga spaces I've been to. It's upstairs and 3 walls are windows. If you go to a morning class, the sun rises as you practice. If you go to an evening class, you start in the light and end up in the near-dark. It's wonderful. It's a large space filled with plants. I've taken with a variety of teachers but never one consistently, although I've liked the classes I've tried. They have a very convenient schedule and also offer meditation. Check this place out.
