I have been here for 3 months and this gym was a really great find for me. This gym is constantly trying to improve and get new equipment. The staff is super nice and helpful. The gym itself is really great as well, it's on the smaller side but since they are open 24 hours there is always times when it's not busy (early morning or late). I have had a really good time here I highly recommend NW fitness.
Used this gym for over a year and loved it! Its small but has all the equipment you need. 24 hr access is awesome and never felt unsafe when I was there in the early morning hours. Would highly recommend
I love this gym! It feels like home, and like your being helped by family. The trainers and managers are amazing, I'm so happy to be apart of a luxury gym with reasonable rates. Definitely the best gym and bang for your buck in the area! Thank you Marco,Marcus, and Joshua for bringing me on board
Have been coming to this gym for three year. Its kind of what u expect from an ' average big box gym. Front desk is usually friendly.
I've had a membership this gym for 2+ years now. I really enjoy it's proximity to Harborview. It's almost never crowded when I go, and the management is polite. The on-demand video workouts in a separate room are fantastic! However, 3 out of the last 5 times I have gone to attend a scheduled yoga class in the last 2-3 months, there has been no class. Once the instructor called in for a family emergency, but there was no explanation for the other two occasions. It's getting ridiculous. I'd cancel my membership if there was another alternative, or if the winter weather was more conducive to lunch time walks. This review is being written in part to encourage the facility to hire more reliable instructors, or not schedule classes it can't offer. If you have no intention of taking the classes, this place will work fine for you.

They advertise classes but they didn't exist. I paid for a year, came back the next day for a class and got my money back.

Super rude on the phone sarcastic as hell pos staff do yourself a favor go to a real gym
The training team and yoga instructor are all amazing!!!!!
Decent set up, equipment is minimalist but if you know what you're doing it's a good situation. Staff is sort of out to lunch (sometimes literally) a lot but it didn't really bother me until I tried to cancel my membership.
I sent an e-mail requesting my membership be cancelled, assuming that was sufficient notice. I noticed a couple months later that I was still being charged (it's been a busy year) so I called and asked to have my account cancelled and at least this month refunded. I was told I would have to come in person to fill out a "cancellation form", which takes 5-8 days before it could be fully "processed". So no refund and I have to go out of my way to go to a gym I'm not using to get them to stop drawing money out of my account.
You have to be kidding me.
Always clean and tidy with a really helpful staff. Only reason to shave a star is because of the lack of some equipment. But the free weight and power racks are solid
I've taken boot camp fitness and yoga classes, here, for the past two years. It is conveniently located near work and the instructors are excellent! Truly the best coaches I've ever had!
I'm almost 40 years old and have served in the military and in the Nm state police; but, am now in better shape and stronger than I've ever been.
You will get out of these classes what you put into them. You will never do the same workout twice.
Great local gym. May be slightly pricy but serves local crowd well. Gym instructors are very good to work with.
Nice gym, all the basics plus a good class schedule with boot camp, yoga and TRX.
Here is the part I really appreciate: it is located in the middle of the big hospitals (Swedish, Harborview and Virginia Mason) on First Hill. I was in from out of town taking care of a family member at Harborview. The gym happily sold me inexpensive daily passes. It was a big boost for my morale to be able to walk a quick block to work out some stress and take a shower. It seemed like they were really friendly and helpful to the medical community there.
