Dude on the phone is condescending and rude but a good gym
Watched a variety of different boxing, kick boxing, etc. It was exciting, fun and they were good!! You got to go, but keep in mind it gets warm in there!
Fantastic experience. Met a date here off the infamous Meat Mince App. Instructor showed me all about quads and loosened my tendons.
I love this place and supper friendly stuff.
I love this place. This has been exactly what I've been looking for in a boxing gym at about as fair of pricing as you can find around here.
So I'll start with what I didn't want in a boxing gym:
-An environment that looks completely sterile and like the equipment wasn't meant to be used and trained with.
-Extremely large classes that were hard to squeeze into on a minute's notice.
-Monotonous routine
What I found with Evolv was a gym with staff and coaches who are approachable, friendly, and great at making you sweat and be a better "you". I love the staff (and members) here! Everybody has been great to work with. The gym seems like it really has built its own community and I value that a lot. Each class has a great variety in its training from shadow boxing, partner drills, bag work, and one-on one training with the coaches. Lots of positive encouragement and solid feedback in the classes. This is 100% the kind of environment I want to train in. I won't be getting bored anytime soon!

Great martial arts gym. I enjoy coming to Saturday all-level boxing class with Ori. The workout will keep you energetic for the week to come, and provides a good balance between conditioning and technique improvement.

I only did the boxing class, so that's all I can speak to. The weight equipment is minimal but there is some really great boxing gear, including a new full-sized boxing ring. Wrestling mat is about half regulation size. The class structure was highly focused on improving actual boxing skills, unlike some classes that don't care about skill as long as you're breaking a sweat. Although one class participant was an actual boxer, everyone else in the class was a beginner. If you're one you might want to check this place out; first day is free. The class variety is also much wider than any gym I've been to.
This is THE spot for independant Pro Wrestling in Washington state. You can train in both American Pro and Lucha Libre. Both hold shows regularly at this location that are tons of fun and sell cheap beer.
I've fallen in love with this gym and its variety of offerings. They do new things and nighttime events as well. 3-2-1 Battles are awesome, where else can you see epic luchador style wrestling that is entertaining. Dodgeball classes, real boxing instructors, yoga, weightlifting. Always something fun, different, and great.
