Awesome community and consent based dance
Om Culture is an astoundingly beautiful space with unique workshop/class/event offerings. This studio has an awesome community vibe and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for something more than just a work out.
The Breath Medicine workshop held by Cosetta and Ivo was truly invoking. The ceremony itself was so beautifully guided, the space was GORGEOUS and spacious, and the community that revealed itself afterwards was incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming. I feel like I was meant to be there last night. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Namaste
I have been attending various events, dances, and workshops at OmCulture for six months now. OmCulture continues to blow me away with the warmth and openness of the space itself, the staff that makes the magic happen, and the community they draw in.
I am always able to find street parking within a minute's walk which is nice, and the events are nourishing for people of all ages. I always look forward to my next visit.
Watch out for Petra. She's crazy. Suzy to. Watch out. Lots of these meditators are delusional schizophrenia disorders.
This studio is a gorgeous and welcoming place. I was visiting from out of town and took an aerial silk class. The staff, other students and instructors were super knowledgeable and friendly. I would love to go back sometime. This is an amazing space.
We normally love OmTots.. It is a great space and friendly people but the place smelled like exercise sweat and armpits today when we walked into the kids playtime. The drum circle was not very well led and the staff didn't know many songs or have a good direction how to lead the kids. The staff are really sweet and great at what they do but I am sure just not for kids. For the $12 you pay per kid I expected a bit more. The hanging drapes that the kids were supposed to be put into smelled like feet. I'm torn but these are things to think about because it is a workout space too..We will go back until our pass card runs out because it is welcoming but there are some small issues..
Spent a few days here for a Kino retreat.
I absolutely love this place. I was new to Seattle and found a great community of welcoming people here. There is always something engaging happening from dances, to yoga, to community events. Definitely one of my fav places in Seattle.
I've been to OmCulture once for DreamDance and it was awesome! It's a free-flow dance where people dance to what they feel in their bodies and hearts. The space is fantastic, the music was great, and everyone seemed to have an awesome time.
