The staff are attentive and talented. With Brian's help I was able to address the issues causing my tennis elbow and I've been able to return to my weight lifting program. Well recommneded!
Mike and the staff at Go-PT are top notch! I primarily saw Mike during my 6 month rehab from shoulder surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and far exceeded my expectations during recovery and strength training.
I went to GO PT for chronic knee pain, and Brian helped me out over the course of several weeks. He was thoughtful and continually updated his assessment and exercise prescription to fit my needs. With his help, I've been able to return to running pain-free. The rest of the staff were helpful and friendly as well. I will be returning to GO PT if another issue arises. Thank you!
So great working with Andrew! He figured out right away that my ankle pain was coming from my hip, and helped me get pain free quickly. He also adapted my exercises and strengthening to be specific to my dancing so that I'm less likely to inure myself in the future. Everyone there is super friendly too, overall great experience!
I worked with Brian at Go PT twice a week after my shoulder surgery in Fall 2018. He has a fantastic attitude and put together a therapy plan that worked for me. I now have full range of motion and I am back to being able to participate in the sports and activities that I love.
GO PT is a great experience starting with the friendly front desk staff. I worked with Dr. Arianne Mason and I can't say enough good things about her. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and as I got to know her over a few sessions I learned that she is also interesting, funny, and a pleasure to be around, which helped ease my nerves. She was very inquisitive in efforts to correctly identify the source of the issues I was having, helped me tremendously during our sessions, and after my treatment was complete, she sent me off with all the exercises I needed to keep myself healthy. I highly recommend her as someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and will work hard to help you heal.
I had a pretty bad sprained ankle from soccer and was eager to play again soon. Arianne was quick to diagnose my specific sprain and was walking me through strengthening exercises shortly after. She was very kind and informative throughout the process. This PT accelerated my healing time and I am glad to be playing again pain free

I started seeing Michael for my elbow and then my ankle. He gave me focused exercises that were tailored to the activities I wanted to return to, which was awesome. I saw improvements quickly and will continue coming here. I highly recommend GOPT!

Sprang my wrist severely and the staff was great. Helping me understand how to quickly recover. Office is open early so it great for early risers.

I had great physical therapy sessions here, Mike helped me fix my shoulder issue and now he's helping me solve my current knee problem. He provides very thorough explanation of what's the root cause and how to address it. Highly recommended.

Needed PT after rotator cuff surgery. These guys were recommended and turned out great. Easy online scheduling, great location right across from REI and Vivace for coffee, and best of all, clean modern facilities and up-to-date equipment and methods by a young, energetic, well-trained and enthusiastic staff. Some fun dogs hanging out while you work out, too :). They also email you your PT instructions, which feature the staff doing the exercises in pictures, so it couldn't be easier (contrast this with other places that send you home with a hardcopy text list of exercises you have to look up on YouTube, and you'll appreciate having that precision and accessibility.

He also has taught me a lot about physical therapy, injury prevention, and sports performance. The entire staff has been incredibly attentive, friendly, dedicated, and passionate. I highly recommend GoPT.

Most other PT's just pull a routine from the master PT book behind the counter and just work down the page in a one size fits all. If they correct your technique while you are learning/performing an exercise they seem to be basing that on getting your form to match the picture in the book without so much of the why.
Michael is constantly tinkering with my PT plan based on what he is seeing and hearing, not just what the next exercise/stretch is on the list. Every rep is a new data-point as he is working out in his head what is really going on and what he can do to address it.
