I love dancing at this studio!! I've been specifically coming to Oula dance fitness for years (though they have several fun options) , and the high energy fun, blended with the warmth of the instructors has felt like such a sweet boost of health and community for me in the Fremont/Wallingford neighborhood!

Owner Eric Wison MS is an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer with 25 + years of experience focused on dance and choreography. I had the pleasure of attending a Zumbini Instructor training at his beautiful studio Compfit in Seattle WA. He is fun, dynamic, and all his classes will surly be great!
