I have been doing the work out routine for along time... The I just go because it's routine, routine... Then I started seeing sara for shoulder pain and mobility issues. I thought she could add some exercises to my routine to help, and well wow was I wrong.
With a simple question she changed my routine for ever. She asked "why do I work out"? Hmm, I Work out .. Well Because I'm vain.. and I care how I look and move. She asked "how is the way I'm working out support that"? I thought about it, and realized. My work outs were a waste of time, and actually dangerous. They were the cause of my pain and poor mobility. I did not even like how my body looked.. I guess I even knew this but it was my routine, so I kept doing it till I was really messed up...
At that moment I wished so bad to be able to go back in time with this information...
So After about six months, I was going once a week the pain was completely gone, And my mobility was coming back. I continued for another 8 months after. My body had never looked better, or felt better! I took what I was learning and applied to my normal work outs.
Then I moved.. and then that lead to a little time off.. But today I'm So glad to be back!! Already I feel how much my new routine, was becoming just a routine again, with Much better results that I am actually happy with, but routine.
If you made it far enough to read this. Then do it, it changed my life, it really did. One of the best things I have ever done for myself!!
I Love The new location so convent, or closer to me now with much better parking. The view is great, and all the windows and natural light really helps my body to wake up.
