The reason I am leaving 1 star is because of how poorly this office manages their clients' PERSONAL INFORMATION. I got a bill for a cancellation fee and was told it was waived. Fast forward several months later and I get a bill for the same late fee, now with an added late fee. I call the office and they tell me it is a mistake and that it will be waived. Fast forward another month or so and now I receive a bill for the same thing with a higher late fee.
At this point I am sick of being lied to so I pay the bill with fees.
It is now roughly 6 months after the original cancellation bill and I have received another bill for the amount I have just paid. There is an impending THREAT of my information being sent to collections, so this is a very serious concern.
Never have I had such an awful experience with any PT office. Do not give them your information.
Candice is so good! Really relaxed after messaged by her. She can quickly identify my problems without me telling her
Kinesis classes have made fitness a lifestyle for me
My experience with Mylan was great! She was professional, personable and had a genuine interest in my health. Her approach to my therapy program was thoughtful. Mylan was able to explain each exercise very clearly. This helped me understand why I was doing them and how they fit into the long term plan for my recovery.
Mylan was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and personable and answered all of my detailed questions about my knee injury. She guided me through the recovery process and tailored exercises to my needs depending on where I had been feeling the most pain and what made most sense to work on. Not only did I recover, I learned a lot in the process :)
I love the kinesis fitness classes at 5focus. The instructors are fantastic, the classes are fast paced so time flies by. The exercises are easily adapted to all levels of fitness and the instructors are very helpful in this regard.

I've been taking the interval classes at 5focus for a few months now and I love them! Chona is a great instructor; I really appreciate how she designs the classes around the fitness level of individual participants. Chona also does a great job of motivating class participants and assisting with form throughout the class.

This is a fantastic interval training class and a great alternative to a traditional gym. Classes are formatted so you do an interval on the kinesis wall, where you target muscles for weight training. Just as your muscles are fatiguing from the wall work, you move to a station "off the wall," where you focus on a cardio set. Only eight people are in a class, so you get individualized instruction as you need. Another great part of this workout is that you are always at your own station, so you can work at your own pace, no matter your age or fitness level. One of the best exercise classes I've found in Seattle!

Welcoming, convenient, and fun interval training classes close to downtown, with knowledgeable and friendly instructors who are great at stretching the participants while encouraging them as well. Kinesis exercise classes are quick (32 minutes of high impact workout) and challenging without feeling dangerous or extreme in any way.
I am not an exercise fanatic, by any means, but I realize it's a necessary evil. After years of trying different gyms and workout routines, i finally discovered 5Focus. It's small enough to be comfortable but big enough to have enough classes at the right times (and room in the classes) for me to get in three workouts a week. Each class is a real workout, with a combination of cardio, core, and strength, and no two classes are the same. With a max of 8 per class, I get enough personalized attention without fighting for space. The added bonus is that with my regular schedule, I see some of the same faces, which provides a sense of encouragement and comraderie that provides added incentive for me to go to class. Great instructors and free parking mean I have no excuse not to go. If you're looking for a fun, strenuous, challenging workout, I suggest you give this place a try .
Five Focus offers one of the most unique and challenging exercise classes -- Kinesis! It's high-intensity interval training at its best! I've been going to these work out classes for almost 8 years now, and it's never gotten monotonous. The structure of the class blends strength training, cardio, balance work, and a bit of cognitive work too! Each and every routine is different, with each of the instructors bringing their own style to the work. It's the best this city has to offer!
Kenesis interval training/fitness classes provide an excellent workout and can easily be adapted for a wide range of ability levels. Facility is immacuately clean and includes private shower/changing areas. Owners, staff and instructors are the best!

The interval training workouts are challenging (they fortunately also offer massage haha), but you get used to it after the third lesson and the instructors are patient with beginners. I did the 3-class $25 special, and it was perfect to get a feel for the studio. Looking forward to going back for a more regular workout!
