I have been doing Pilates for 10 years at home and I was thrilled to find ARA had opened here near Palm Desert! The classes are super... very comprehensive and great adjustments on alignment and technique. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If you have never tried Pilates, or have done it for year...I STRONGLY recommend trying Ara out in Indian Wells (right on the border of Palm Desert)- these gals know their stuff! I had not done it in a few years and after only a couple classes my muscles fell back into place. It is such a great work out as well soft on your nervous system if you do one of the classic classes. Excellent ques. Great Space, new machines and teachers! Love the private rooms for one on one sessions - even got my husband to start going- He LOVES it!
