I've struggled with fitness my whole life (I never know what to do, how intensely, how long, etc), and since moving to Seattle, have gained more weight than I've been comfortable with. I finally took the plunge and decided to start training at Transform 180.
I've been working with Rod for over half a year, and he's been fun and extremely knowledgeable. There's variety in every session, which is great for someone like me who gets tired of repetition. While the weightlifting equipment was intimidating for a beginner like me, he has been very patient with helping me improve my form and increase my confidence. He pushes me every time into feeling challenged, but never pain or significant discomfort. He has also provided good guidance on home workouts and diet (though I haven't taken advantage of this nearly as much as I should have).
As a result, I've lost over 10 pounds, and multiple inches off my waist and hips. I feel stronger and more in shape than I have been my whole life, and look forward to each training session with him.
