Training with Hannah at Transform 180 has made me a much healthier and happier person! She's extremely knowledgeable about all facets of physical fitness and nutrition, and she always has answers to my questions or some new learnings to share. She also makes great use of the space and equipment at the gym, and I really like the environment there. Hannah's sense of humor resonates with and motivates me, and she has always been exceedingly flexible about my schedule. She really goes above and beyond for me, so I can't recommend training here enough!

This is a long overdue review, I trained here with Colin for about 6 months.

I used to work out almost everyday when I was in college, however in the past two years I was not able to do so because of a lot of things happening in life. The worse thing was, the less I went to work out, the less confidence I had. I started to feel reluctant to the gym because I knew I was not as good and I didn't want to see myself struggling with maybe what I used to warm up with.

In April I finally decided that this had to stop, I thought that having a legit personal trainer would be a big help because I knew how hard it would be to progress on your own. Colin proved that he was the legit trainer I needed. He understood my goals and made a thorough plan, he did an excellent job to push me over my limit a little bit every time without breaking me. I was able to return to an ideal strength level quickly and more importantly, start to enjoy everything again - always challenge myself and try to lift more next time. I would highly recommend this place and Colin to everyone.

Great gym. Alex worked with me to produce a personalized training plan to achieve my fitness goals, and then worked tirelessly with me to help me execute that plan. Highly recommend.

Transform 180 has done an excellent job at listening to what I wanted, has helped me develop strength and tone my arms and core. I'm now so much more energized during the day and my training sessions have quickly become a part in my day I look forward to!

Not only has my experience with them improved my physical health, but it has also provided more mental clarity. Thanks, Transform 180. Just bring back those protein muffins! :)

I have always been that guy that got a gym membership went for the first few months and then life got in the way and stopped going, but still kept on paying the monthly fees. When I moved to Seattle a year ago, I knew that I had to change up my habits and lifestyle to ensure that I take care of myself. After doing much research of personal trainers, I decided to take advantage of a GroupOn for 3 training sessions. It was tough in the beginning, but the first trainer I had, Shawna was great. After the 3 initial visits, I decided to stick with it and was paired up with Adnan. He is one of the more senior trainers within Transform 180 and I could quickly tell that he was experienced and truly cared about his clients. He not only created a workout plan for me, but more importantly communicated his intent and the purpose of each work out. He is 100% in tune with technique. He will push you and will challenge you, but will make sure that you do not lose the form when you lift. He is 100% professional at all times and caters a session to fit your needs and goals. He also motivates you to do cardio and change to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Over the past 6 months of working out here, I know that he has made a difference - and this time, I'm sticking with it!

I've struggled with fitness my whole life (I never know what to do, how intensely, how long, etc), and since moving to Seattle, have gained more weight than I've been comfortable with. I finally took the plunge and decided to start training at Transform 180.

I've been working with Rod for over half a year, and he's been fun and extremely knowledgeable. There's variety in every session, which is great for someone like me who gets tired of repetition. While the weightlifting equipment was intimidating for a beginner like me, he has been very patient with helping me improve my form and increase my confidence. He pushes me every time into feeling challenged, but never pain or significant discomfort. He has also provided good guidance on home workouts and diet (though I haven't taken advantage of this nearly as much as I should have).

As a result, I've lost over 10 pounds, and multiple inches off my waist and hips. I feel stronger and more in shape than I have been my whole life, and look forward to each training session with him.

I will highly recommend Transform 180 in general and my personal trainer Rena in particular. While I used to exercise sporadically before, this is the first time I have tried regular personal training, and my experience has been very positive. Rena is great at designing exercise schedules and motivating me to complete them. Given her background in power lifting, she has great insights around the right form while exercising. After working with her for two months, I can clearly see the difference in doing the exercises the 'right way'. She is very fun to work with, and makes every workout session an absolute pleasure. 10/10.

I came to the gym needing help with loosing weigth. On my first day, I was very conscious about my fitness level and couldn't get much done.
But after training with Julian , I am now able to squat and bench properly, run for few miles and in general be comfortable with exercises.
Julian is very good at motivating and energizing you for the session.
He is passionate about helping clients to reach their goals.He setup a custom workout program and a nutrition plan for me.
I was able to reduce 65 lb in the 7 months that trained with him. I now have a more active lifestyle.
Overall I feel personal training is very good way to start of into the fitness lifestyle.
Having a personal training makes you feel comfortable at the gym and
gives you the confidence to continue the fitness life style.

I've been training with Elliot for more than 2 months now and the experience has been great. He has a very natural style of teaching and motivating. While I used to hit the gym regularly before joining Transform 180 (and still do), training once or twice a week with Elliot gives me a different perspective and a very different and challenging workout. He is always into the right way of building strength and also suggests multiple corrective exercises along the way.

Results-wise, I have been able to build strength all around and tackle issues like lack of motivation of hitting body parts like legs and back. I literally am in the best shape of my life! :)

PS - I have been continuing despite the concern of spending a bunch of money on the sessions because they are so good.

I had a goal to put on 20lbs in 6 months but, having never set foot in a gym before, let alone used weights, I was somewhat daunted. I've been working with Elliott for just over two months and through a combination of diet and weight training I've been able to put on 10lbs - so, another 10lbs in 4 months now seems totally achievable.

The best thing about Transform 180 is that the trainers know when to push you and when to be patient. There have been times when I've been completely exhausted and Elliott will switch the routine to something less strenuous. Other times, things seem a lot easier and so he will push me with heavier weights/more reps. He understand my fitness goals (weight gain) and has tailored the training program to this objective.

Having never trained before, I was worried about injuring myself but there is a strong emphasis on form and technique to minimize the risk. The atmosphere in the gym is very chill. There is a total range of body types and levels of experience and it's not intimidating at all. I wish I had started training a year ago as I have been totally surprised by the progress I have made in just two months.
